DMCA Notice
KiraStreams respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.
Important Disclaimer
KiraStreams does NOT host, upload, or store any video files on our servers. We are a search engine and aggregation platform that indexes links to content hosted on third-party websites. All content is provided by independent third-party sources beyond our control.
How KiraStreams Works
- We operate as a search engine and content aggregator
- All video content is hosted by third-party providers
- We only provide links to externally hosted content
- We do not have physical possession or control over the content
- Content availability depends entirely on third-party sources
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content accessible through KiraStreams infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. To be effective, your notice must include the following information:
1. Identification of Copyrighted Work
A detailed description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
2. Identification of Infringing Material
The specific URL(s) or location(s) on KiraStreams where the allegedly infringing material is located. Please be as specific as possible to help us locate the content.
3. Contact Information
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address so we can contact you.
4. Statement of Good Faith
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Statement of Accuracy
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
6. Physical or Electronic Signature
Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is acceptable).

Our Response Process
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the notice for completeness and validity
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing links
- Attempt to notify the content provider (if identifiable)
- Document the takedown for our records
- Respond to you confirming the action taken (typically within 24-48 hours)
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. A counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our service and/or terminate accounts of users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Misrepresentation
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Please ensure that you are the copyright holder or authorized to act on their behalf before submitting a notice.
Alternative Resolution
Before filing a DMCA notice, consider:
- Contacting us directly to resolve the issue informally
- Verifying that the content actually infringes your copyright
- Ensuring you have explored all reasonable alternatives
Limitations
Please understand that KiraStreams's ability to remove content is limited to removing links from our platform. We cannot delete files from third-party servers or control their content. You may need to contact the actual hosting provider directly for complete removal.
